Shipping policy
Oddly Yours makes every reasonable effort to process, pack and dispatch orders in a timely manner. Orders are usually dispatched as early as possible after payment confirmation, subject to product availability and operational timelines.
Standard shipping is charged at ₹99 across India, unless otherwise stated at checkout or during any promotional offer.
For deliveries within Delhi and NCR, the estimated delivery timeline is 2–3 working days from the date of dispatch. For deliveries outside Delhi and NCR, including Pan India orders, the estimated delivery timeline is 4–5 working days through express shipping where available.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier partner delays, weather conditions, local restrictions, incorrect shipping details, holidays or other circumstances beyond the control of Oddly Yours. We shall not be liable for delays caused after the order has been handed over to the courier partner.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at the time of placing the order. Oddly Yours will not be responsible for failed delivery attempts, delays or additional charges arising from incorrect or incomplete address details.
